Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Zhiyuan Technology (MY) Sdn. Bhd. (“ZYT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Use of Services
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ZYT, a ZYT employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services.
3. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ZYT, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Malaysia and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4. Projects and Deliverables
For any custom development, marketing, or AI service engagement, specific terms—including scope, timeline, payment schedule, and intellectual property transfer—will be governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement executed between you and ZYT. These general Terms apply to all engagements unless explicitly superseded by a written agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZYT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
